Foods to consume daily:
Protein Sources: chicken, lean beef, tuna, fish, eggs, protein powder, seeds, nuts, oysters,
Carb Sources: green vegetables (spinach,kale,broccoli), garlic, no fruit.
Fat Sources: coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, fish oils
Beverages: green tea, coffee plain, water with squeezed lemon
Absolutely no: Dairy except protein powder, Wheat of any kind (pasta, bread, cereal, oatmeal, granola bars, etc), Chips, pop, candy, soy.

Meal information:
Always consume a high protein source, low carb, moderate fat ratio. (ex. chicken breast, with spinach, and olive oil on the spinach)
Always eat every 3 hours to maintain your body's natural fat burner. Any timing that exceeds 3 hours, could put your body into a fat storage mode. So always continue to eat, its crucial.

Aim for 200-300 calories at each one. Not too much but not too less. Dont have a huge meal and then small ones all day.

Don't overdo the calories, don't have 1 huge meal, there's only so many calories your body can handle processing before it needs to start storing it. Eat enough to be satisfy but not full as fuck.

Fat is your best friend, the healthy fats that is, fat that is found in olive oil, coconut oil, and fish oil. Fat is full of molecules that promote testosterone levels in your body, as well as building muscle altogether. Don't over do it but have a moderate amount in your diet.

About the Body:
Your body loves to keep getting fueled, always eat every 2-3 hours to keep it going. IF you exceed 3 hours and beyond, your body could be put into "starvation mode", where anything you eat after that time frame, your body will store because it thinks your not going to eat for awhile and needs to store it incase.
As well with the 3 hour rule, your body constantly needs protein feed to it to keep your muscles, if you eat after the 3 hour window, your body will be out of protein and will resort to eating YOUR OWN muscles to feed your body.
The reason low carb eating is so effective in fat loss; if you consume simple carb's (white bread, fries, juice, candy, pop, etc) they instantly affect your insulin levels. They will spike them sky high right away. If you consume complex carb's, (green vegetables), their full of nutrients, vitamins, and fiber, their harder to digest, therefore they don't spike your insulin levels. The reason its important to know that, is because when your insulin levels are spiked, it puts your body into a "fat storage mode". IF your insulin levels aren't spiked, your body is in a "fat burning mode". So by consuming low carb complex foods, your keeping your body in a constant burning mode. If your consuming a low carb diet, it wont be enough carbohydrates to fuel your body in a day, so it resorts to other areas of your body to make up for the lack of carb's, (fat deposits).
Protein is the hardest molecule to digest in your body, therefore your body needs more energy to digest the protein, making protein cause you to lose weight quicker. This process is called thermogenesis. Your body has to heat up more to digest protein, using more calories to burn, than fat or carb's take up. So always eat a high protein diet.
